At Raglan Street Clinic our mission is to provide medical care within a structure much like that of a tree, with the health of ourselves and our staff as a taproot that delivers nourishment to our clients through our varied services.

Our team is comprised of a highly experienced network of doctors and healthcare professionals, each bringing our unique skills. We strive to provide the highest quality, comprehensive care for each individual.
Each of our team members is highly qualified and accredited in their chosen field.
We are part of Central Highlands Health Network, which has campuses in Creswick and Avoca.
The clinic building itself is heritage-listed, and was formerly Medicaid. Making the most of such a beautiful heritage location and building we aim to provide a fresh, welcoming and innovative outlook and health service in Ballarat.
An Update for Patients regarding Dr Edward Clarke
Dr Edward Clarke has ceased all practice at Raglan Street Clinic as of the 28th of October
He now operates exclusively at Premier Health Partners in West Melbourne.

From All of us at Central Highlands Health Network and Raglan Street Clinic we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and hope your have a wonderful end of year and summer holidays.
We will be closed completely at CHHN Creswick and Avoca from Tuesday 23rd of December until Monday 5th of January 2026.
Raglan Street Clinic will be open with limited urgent availability from 10am till 2pm via telehealth on Monday 29th of December and for In person Appointments on Tuesday 30th of December only, but will otherwise also be closed over this period.
All three locations will return to regular hours from Monday 5th January 2026.
If you require urgent medical attention over this period please attend either Grampians Health Ballarat Emergency Department or the Urgent care centre in Ballarat or Maryborough.
We will continue to monitor our emails and voicemail over the holiday period but please note if in need of urgent medical assistance please call triple 000 or attend the above listed services.
